Mugzi Candle Company does not have a return policy. If you do not like the product you received, you will have 4 days after ship date to receive a credit to the store for half of your total cost. If you receive your candle damaged/broken you will need to send in a photo and we will replace it for you. Cancellation Policy: Your order may be cancelled as long as it is not already in production. Please let us know as soon as you need to cancel your order.
